I am wondering if there is a way or any programs that can correctly detect any sort of musics' BPMs?
It is hard to just guess a random number for the music's speed...

MixMeister BPM Analyzer is free and usually accurate. Just round to the nearest integer, it sometimes gets it slightly off, and it's easy to adjust if it's drifting.
It doesn't do speed changes, though.

I use Stependous, which is also a DWI Creator

It's generally pretty accurate I've found.
