Because of that phenomenon, Konami think "Relinquish" word is sound cool. So they make 2 different Pluto version. Pluto (just Pluto) was recognized as a planet before 24th August 2006 N.A.S.A. decision while Pluto Relinquish represent after N.A.S.A decision. I don't have any idea about Pluto The First.

True. That actually makes a bit of sense. It depends on if Pluto is being anthropomorphized or not. If it is, then it makes sense for Pluto to relinquish it's planet status.
If it's just a normal planet then it can't do anything and then I would say that by being stripped of it's planet status it is being relinquished.
The 2MB quote seems to give Pluto some anthropomorphic traits so the former is a definite possibility.

Well, the real answer is probably simply that 2MB though "Relinquish" sounded cool, nothing more.
The other reason why sticking the past tense on the end seems a foolish mistake to me is that there are very few songs that have a past tense title. tokyoEVOLVED is the only one I can think of right now. Practically every song title is present tense, with some being future tense.
btw, remembering song names that you see very often isn't that hard, hence my view on getting it wrong.

Past tense? If anything, "Pluto Relinquished" would be read as "Pluto, Relinquished". It would be an adjective, not a verb.

hm... Before I would play NGO, but I AA'd it, and cant beat my score, so I stopped. Then I played PARANOiA HADES, and once I AA'd it, I sopped playing it (I dont like that stepchart), and then I Played PLUTO until I AA'd that too. Now I pick randomly to get a encore since I only play SuperNOVA 2.
