...and Forte got dubbed by a guy, oops.
Seriously? They thought this was a guy?
APPEND: Everyone needs to go watch Fireball. It's a bunch of short (minute-and-a-half to two minutes) episodes about a robot girl named Drossel von Flugel and her servant

Fireball Dressel? I'll have to look into that, seems pretty well-done.

Umineko no Naku Koro ni is nice. I've also recently been into Persona 4: The Animation (mainly because I'm an Atlus buff), which is a mystery to a certain extent. Togainu no Chi and Mirai Nikki are worth checking out, though they're a bit more elusive than the other two.

Fireball is the series. Drossel is the robot girl. It's made by Disney.
...The sequel is Fireball Charming. Get the Fireball Special video that goes between the original series and Charming if you can.

If manga is an acceptable substitute, try to get your hands on Uzumaki or Gyo by Junji Ito. They're both pretty sweet horror manga.
Well, Uzumaki is pretty sweet horror. Gyo is just weird-ass robo-zombie fish.

If I remember, Umineko takes place two years after Higurashi events.
And no, I have NOT seen both anime (or for the Umineko nit-pickers: Visual novel) yet...
...
Anyone currently watching Ben-To? While I can give a light review, so far it's so WTH (especially fighting for real on half-priced bento meals) and full of fanservice for my yuri tastes...

Ah. I forgot to mention that i'm watching P4 the Animation too.. Yes it's mystery, but also action-packed~ And oh god Rise!!!
There are bits that are different from the game ver., but overall it had the P4 touch I expect~ *w* (And if anyone is wondering, I like Rise, but Naoto the most.)

Currently on episode 9 of Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai, so far i'm enjoying it. They kept a lot of the good parts of the manga in, so there isn't much left out during each episode. I'll admit though, it took me 3 episodes to really get into it. First one was a loooooong intro to the forming of the Neighbor's Club, but afterwards it picks up speed.

As of late I've been watching Yu-Gi-Oh Zexal (sub) on Animefushigi and I did watch bits and pieces of GX Season 4 (also sub, seeing that we'll never see it in english) still want to finish up 5D's.
I know some of you don't follow these shows, Im just throwing them out there.

Howie since you're the kind of person who watches shows after they finish airing, as soon as Nichijou is done, I recommend you to watch it. I personally enjoy how absurd and ridiculous it is.
Wanna bring this to the front for everyone. I think it says something when I have to take several breaks from watching due to headaches from laughing too much.
I actually saw it quite some time ago, but this thread needs to be revived.

I finished the first season of Giant Killing. It's a sports anime, about a struggling Japanese soccer team that brings back a former star to coach. Really...odd, actually. The drawing styles aren't exactly consistent, and I'm not completely sure what the storyline is. But the soccer scenes are so compelling and the character development is so intriguing. Overall, I give it a 7/10.
