I remember when I was in Japan I saw a SN2 and it looked like people were still using there E-Amuse card to play.
This doesn't change the fact machines on LOCAL MODE will not read anything from the card.

Nope. As that's all stored server side.
Furthermore, if you don't use your card in a DDR after 180 days, all the data is erased. Which sucks for people like me who only travels to Asia RARELY to find all data gone in between visits.

I also wonder if it counts what you play. I mean lets say I haven't played Jubeat in 7 months but I've been using my card to play X2. Will my jubeat stats still be there?

I think it's one data per game so.. The DDR data would still exists, but the Jubeat gone.
Al, please confirm if my statement is correct.

I can't say for sure, but I reckon it's on a per game basis.

It is on a per game basis. I hadn't played the newer Bishi Bashi in over 6 months and when I played one day, my data was gone. My DDR and IIDX scores/data were fine, though.
EDIT> Also, on the Konami eAmuse site, when you log in, there are different boxes/sections representing each of the games you have played (that use eAmuse).
