2. For official simfiles, they can only download packs. For user simfiles, they may download when granted permission from the owner (you can either say anyone above a certain rating of your choice or anyone above 0 and anyone on your list).

1. Do you have any idea on how many users there are with a 0 rating? The problem will still happen if each were able to download 5 a day, and I'm not taking into account the people that will register.
2. I don't know if downloading packs would save bandwidth and reduce the 203s, but if it does, then the better.
2b. Now asking for permission from the users.... that's a little redundant. Isn't that why we have the option to toggle our category private/public?

Video functionality added. Check homepage and main tab. Only I can add vids for now but see if it all works and everything.
Videos might take some time to load as the transfer rates haven't been great recently. I sent a ticket to my host about it, hopefully they'll sort it out.

There would be in the future. Users would have to pre-encode their files to FLV first though.

You know how people put YT vids in mostly "You laugh, you lose" thread, instead of typing "[ youtube ](insert thingy there)[ /youtube ]" Can you put a little button that puts the "[youtube]" part?

btw, is there a way that you could allow the upload of RandomMovies with the Simfile Upload?
I mean, if a song don't have its unique AVI background video and someone wants to make a custom BGA with certain number of short videos, like ITG ones, the site doesn't allow you to upload more than 1 video.
Sorry if I don't expressed well my english, it's still a bit complicated.

You could put the vids in the ZIP file, or just put links to the video pack in the readme, so you can give users the choice whether to have them or not.
