I don't find stops particularly difficult when I know how the song goes. Stops pretty much match what's going on in the music, so if you know the song you know the stops (theoretically). It just takes practice. I remember listening to CHAOS a ton of times before actually playing it.

Stamina is the killer for me. I can get to the end of FELMO, and I know I can do it but I'm just so freaking tired. And trying to do it more than once in a day makes me do worse each time. Ugh.

CHAOS is indeed easy once you know it. The main trouble I have with CHAOS is when it's on ENCORE EXTRA STAGE, where the nerves get the better of me "one good and you're out". I nearly always fail it due to the LEFT, RIGHT, UP+DOWN 16ths at the beginning.

Yeah, I've seen many people fail on that jump, including myself. I always get nervous and hit one of the arrows too early.

Speaking of stops, why does no one complain about the stops in the beginning of FELM? You have to know how the song goes or you'll fail, there's no sight reading that! Pluto also has some weird stops like that. Chaos's steps had a sort of a pattern, but Pluto is just, woah.

"jubeat knit one, purl two"
Beginning of FELM? More like the middle, unless you're somehow referring to the one where the phone hangs up.

I'd say technique keeps me from beating songs like Hades Challenge and Pluto Relinquish Challenge. Not that I've ever tried padding either of them, but I know that would be the case. The crossovers and jumps are just nuts. Confused

I have good stamina... when I went to Wildwood NJ and played my first round of ITG for the year, I played Sic Fic from MGD1 with my brother, who's almost as good as me, and he failed from stamina loss on the jumps. I did fine. And 2 days ago I nobar cleared the entire SuperNova course, which is 12:31 minutes of medium-level dancing, with one miss in Toxic's gallops. I wasn't even too tired after the whole thing, just a little. No stamina problem there.

But with speed, like on FAXX ES, I cannot for the life of myself physically hit the really fast drills. I can read them, sure, but my feet tend not to step at fast as my brain is trying to tell them to go. Cry

Also, LOL U LOSE WITH 5 MISSES

So technique is probably my problem.
