Was born Jehovah Witness...now a unbeliever of faith in general...I honestly do think of myself as a bad person because I have no faith in anything. "A person without faith is not a person at all" That's what I've been taught...//

Then, how exactly are you Muslim?
I don't understand a lot of people. I can't tell you how many people I've heard say things like "I'm Catholic, but I don't really believe a lot of what they teach" or "I'm so-and-so religion but I don't know anything about it". Religion is not a race, you aren't born into it and stuck with it forever. If you don't agree with what a religion teaches and/or you don't really know what the religion is about to begin with, you probably shouldn't be identifying yourself as being that religion.

Atheist. Although in conversation I say agnostic, out of the fact that I don't want people thinking I'm a Satan-worshipper. Oh, that conversation with my Nan (devout Salvation Army) was interesting.

The you shouldn't be eating pork or any canned goods without the "HALAL" seal (it certifies that the animals and/or plants "used in manufacturing" were given a ritual of sorts. Check your Ligo sardines or Argentina corned beef when you buy them next time).
While I am Catholic, I haven't been on any church activities since I graduated from High School (catholic school).
But it has been part of my belief not to drink hard beverages (beer, etc. but I still drink), smoke cigarettes, pierce or tattoo any part of my body.

Yay the thread I made while high on painkillers is taking off again...
I've always thought this same thing. Funny how people think that since their parents believed in something that it passes down to them like its genetic or something. It's better if someone goes with what they individually believe is correct.
That being said, I guess I could be called a Deistic Christian.

I'm the same way. I don't get how some people think that by not believing God, you automatically worship Satan.
I was never really raised to be any religion; like, I was baptized when I was a baby and stuff but I never went to church and never read The Bible, unlike most families in my area who are super hardcore Christians. My family has been told to go to Hell on a couple of occasions simply because most of us are Atheists.

I am a Roman Catholic and I guess I would consider myself pretty religious. I know some may go lol but I actually DO attend Church once and a while, sometimes every week. I guess the way I was brought up by attending Church and going to Catholic schools somewhat set me up for that path.
Despite being religious, I do believe in evolution and the big bang. Mostly due to me also being pretty faithful to science. Though I do believe evolution and the big bang can fit into religion. How easy depends on what religion you are dealing with. Some may have some more aspects to work out.
I respect other people's beliefs because well... it's the right thing to do. Just because they believe in something else doesn't really make a person much different.

I'm usually an atheist, but in some circumstances I can also be (kinda dangerous to say) a nihilist.

Nihilism is a philosophical worldview rather than a religion, since its a (lack of) belief about the intrinsic value of things rather than a belief concerning supernatural things. Most Nihilists religion is probably Atheism.
I would imagine theres probably a huge overlap of Atheists and Nihilists, since the lack of a higher power would pretty much confirm Nihilism to be true, unless you subscribe to moral relativism.
