There are programs that let you create fonts like Fontlabs and Font Creator 
Basically I just vectored out each and every letters and symbols in a graphic editing software (Photoshop or Firewoks usually did the trick),
and then import them to the font creator program and further fine tuning them.
The Mystery font is a bit of a pain i the butt because it involved irregular lines...

I believe thats the same font used for CHIKARA but it hasnt been posted yet.
