The story of your nickname.

I borrowed Mega Man Legends 2 from a nephew of mine more than 5 years ago (don't twist your head around that, and I'm not lying about my age) and was unable to return it when I mistakenly listed it on my "List of my PSX games you can borrow in exchange for a game/s I'll be borrowing from you." when my classmate refused to give it back (My cousins messed up the Hugo game which I borrowed in exchange, and I'm ashamed to return it to her in such bad shape).

So on a trip where I buy cheap-but-bootleg PSX games (PSX games as seen in malls are too expensive, and my PSOne was modded as we play JP games on it). I found the game in a stall, but the label in the spine was spelled "Mageman Legends 2 (sic)." I wasn't able to give him the replacement disc (not that his console wasn't modchipped) and accepted the loss as I don't recall him asking for the game. I've picked up on that nickname years later when I was getting the hang of forums. I added the 17 because it is one of my favorite numbers. Thoughts of retiring this moniker have crossed my mind, but I haven't completely done that yet. I'm also an avid fan of Mega Man too.

Mine's my name, no secrets
My actual nickname (used for DDR see sig) comes from me playing lasertag, Eris is goddess/sprite of Chaos and Disorder, and that's apparently what I cause. Whether it's for the opponents or my own team

My Nickname... mmh.. I just liked how the name sounds and used it when I registered to a message board in 2009.
I was on some of their community events and although they all new my real name they called me Lucie and I liked it.
They I saw the Anime Elfen Lied where the main characters name is Lucy and liked the name even more.
So I started using in on all new boards. (I got Internet for the first time in the end of 2007 so in 2009 it as all still new for me)
I kept using Lucie with ie because I didn`t want to think I have the name cause of Elfen Lied bur I`m using LUCY as machine tag cause it doesn`t allow more than 4 letters

My other Nicknames I`m using out there:
AnbuItachi91 (YouTube) : I`m a big Naruto fan and I like Anbus. Itachi is my fav. character so I just took the combination of it and cause the name was not available I put 91 which is the year on my birth after it.
I have my YouTube account since Feb. 2008

Uchiha--Itachi91 (Animexx): This Name has a long story. It has to do with my very first convention in April 2007 and a Sasuke cosplayer I met there.
We became friends after that convention and met a few times for watching Naruto episodes together. After we watched the flashbackepisodes where Sasukes past with Itachi was shown we went to the forest next to her house. (I wanted to make some pics of her there, I had no cosplays at that time)
The injured her leg and I had ti carry her back home piggyback. On our way to her house she told me that I`m her Itachi cause the situation was very similar to a situation in one of the flachbackepisodes.
1 Week later I registerd at Animexx the big community for anime/Manga fans and cosplayer with this nick (91 again caise it wasn`t available without)
And made Itachi for my first cosplay.


So this is the story of my 3 nicknames I`m using^^
I`d like to use Lucie for YouTube too, but unfortunately it`s not possible changing names there...

I never did mention my machine tags. On anything ITG or before DDR Extreme where you can use 4 letters I use ROMA which stands for one of my usernames Robo-Margo and when I play SuperNOVA or anything after that I use Margo_F which is pretty much my name and my last initial.

Mine is a pathetic excuse for having a nickname back in DDRUK, aside from the obvious DDR reference. I was only 13 when I started to use this alias and never bothered changing it until I found a few better nicknames. I'd rather be called by its initials now (t7r).

As simple as can be, it comes from my love from the game of the same name !

I love the megaman series. Mageman is "born" because I have no money to buy an original megaman legends 2 game cd (for psone) so I settled for a pirated copy on some shady store. And when i looked at the side, it reads as "MAGEMAN LEGENDS 2", and there it is. 17 is a random number from my list of favorite numbers.

I didn't have a proper nickname until 2005, until my friend "cleans" me up with a brush (he was just kidding though), and he said "Kinclong" which means "Shiny" in Indonesian language (I just 'brush'ed, so I became shiny, he said). Then a few weeks later we went to play Micro Machines V4, and I used the initials KCL, inspired by that KinCLong. So yeah, this nickname isn't a Potassium Chloride

My nickname is actually my real name, Nicolas L. Fernandez IV, and the fact that the username "Nicolas" is not-so-frequently used in some forums makes me use it frequently

I came up with my old nickname before Bemanistyle hit 7.0 (early 2006). Old as crap, and I couldn't come up with anything special until I created my Xbox LIVE account in 2010, after the release of Halo 3: ODST, so I thought of using my first name with a short last name (Coz) and the ODST, thus being RichardCozODST as a new nickname. I also used the old YouTube account, which the name is also somewhat garbage (darkcoz941), but I'm not a good thinker back then. Now I use another YouTube account. My old one is for Stepmania-related stuff, and the RichardCozODST one is for other gaming or stuff.

I will not tell you where the Steve came from. I added the O to give it an Aussie touch. It's also the first letter of my surname. Then the Nos part is one I made up myself.

The nos is short for Nostalgical. A name I made up for a character I drawn which is mostly used as a means to hide my real name.
Though outside the internet I usually get called different names. Which I find intimate sometimes.
