They probably ran out of tracks to use. What I want to know, is how this even made it into IIDX.
Probably because they could repeat the same key patterns over and over.

Because when DDR Extreme was in development, Konami held a user poll to see what IIDX songs the fans wanted in the next arcade iteration of DDR, or have you forgotten that :/? That's why there's so many IIDX crossovers in DDR, and thats why some of them say"FOR EXTREME", like Blue Impulse and Stoic. I guess a lot of people liked it? I like it too. Catchy ^^
