Blue Waltz / Tino Saiki is really good (can't believe this guy is part of Big Idea!). Sounds a lot like FF music or something. I wouldn't expect it to appear on any BEMANI games, the song doesn't seem suited for any of them.

I need that TB&A remix.

TB&A is pretty cool, due in no small part to the fact that CLSM is the shit.
Crash isn't as good as some of RAM's other songs *cough*HIGH*wheeze* but it's OK. Same thing with Time, but it's a little better than Crash.

a good majority of the songs are GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOLD for DDR, why they put them into a "walking" game is beyond me

To be fair, this is absolutely the best of the best of the soundtrack, and there are 110 other songs, some of which are among the very worst Bemani songs ever written. I think a lot of these were rejected songs from earlier games. There are lots of terrible emo rock songs, and bland jpop songs as well.

Actually, it was on DDR Universe, if I'm not mistaken.

Before I forget, how did you extract the audio from the game? I've been out of the loop on the Wii games, only done it from PS2 ones.

Requires you to get something that can read the disc image, extract files from it then find relevant tools to extract from the packaged sound file and then finding the relevant codec to decode it.

It's not as straight forward as PS2, but I suggest we don't talk about this in public.

Fair enough. .brstm files look like a pain to convert.

Wiimote and Nunchuk to play this game is almost impossible by the way.

We all know how annoying the Wii says you've moved the Nunchuk or Wiimote when you haven't, it reckons I'm missing every other note as it detects too much motion.

It'd work much better if I had a DDR controller for Wii or a Wii balance board.

Considering you have to point at things to unlock stuff in the game, avoid using the Wiimote and Nunchuk to "walk".

Also, the in-game voices are bloody irritating.

Has Tyma hit most of the requests for the songs? If not, I have a complete batch of these I can upload (assuming it's good with Al)
