Could this be the logo? Perhaps.
Also, I am in need of music and sound effects. Preferably music. I think something trance-like, and/or similar to X2 AC or Universe 3's music could sound pretty good. If there is anyone here good at slaving over a hot FL Studio, you may submit your creations for appraisal.

I'd just go with some of the least-used Universe 3 stuff, the best stuff were used on less-seen menus so it will still be fresh.

Yeah.
We also, much like Universe 3, need some dedicated music for the title screen and main menu.

Yes, definitely. I just listened to some of those tracks and they are really good. You'd be better off using those since they are professionally made.
