Freezepond is bang on the money. By unintentional I mean "if it's on something from Konami, makes sure it's not put there deliberately BY Konami."

For example:

Screencapping an FC on Max 300 wouldn't really count, as Konami deliberately made the combo count 573.
Getting a combo of 573 on another song with more notes would though.
The closing lyrics to すわひでおのゴロゴロ年号覚え唄決定版 won't count either. Also if you do that Hideo Suwa will knee you in the dick.
