Well i have this, already 5 star'd the game on Expert (supposedly) and finding people online is tough...

...well, that's about it on my end.

I want to buy the game, but right now even the regular edition is asking for too much. If I see it used though, I'll definitely consider it then since $59.99 sounds MUCH more reasonable than the price of a DS Lite or $200 bones.

It's better than paying $100+ for it if you're interested. I tried the demo at Best Buy on Sunday, but I didn't like it. It made my hands cramp MUCH faster than Guitar Hero does, and I'm not much interested in most of the music in it either.

As of 11/24/09, the David Guetta Track Pack 01 has been released for both Xbox MarketPlace for 640G and for the Playstation Store ($7.99). This pack includes three of David Guetta''s new songs from his new "One Love" album and they are:
"When Love Takes Over"
"Sexy Chick"
"On The Dancefloor"

Over the holidays, the game and controller got some cuts for the holiday season, some places offer special codes (including the website) to get a discount on the game + controller kit.

DJ Hero is giving away 500 of their trial-kits to anyone who signs up over at their site. E-mail, street address and password is all you need. TRAIL KITS ARE FOR XBOX 360 ONLY. DJ HERO CONTROLLER IS WIRED.

They started a "12 Days Of Christmas" giveaway with no news of anyone getting the items shown yet, but they run from posters, to Renegade Editions to headphones to DJ Hero swag to a free DLC code.

I checked Bestbuy.com and they are selling a DJ Hero stand from RocketFish for $30.00, they say it's just as durable as the Renegade's, but you never know.

Wii version finally gets DLC, but there's NO SD card support like GH and RB. WTH? On the flipside, it looks like there won't be a lot of DLC for this game anyway so it's not as big of a deal as it would've been otherwise.

Only managed to find one person playing Expert, and one who would play Medium. The Expert dude stuck it out the entire time. The Medium dude quit when I was at 5 stars about to FC the song while he/she was struggling to get one. Other than that, I can't find ANYBODY online at all ever.

So what is this DLC you ask?

The DLC will include:

Took them long enough and I bet it'll be overpriced too...

640MSP (X360), $7.99 (PS3) for a pack. 300 Wii Points individually. It's in the article Max linked to. I do agree that it's overpriced. But then again, people are stupid enough to pay 800MSP for a map pack with three maps.

I'm still wanting to pick this up, it's just a matter of timing/cash. And still being on an offline PS2, addicted to musical gaming. I'll probably pick one up later this month. Finally got caught up on my GH/RB stuffs, save for the practically-overlookable Band Hero.

DJ Hero Standard Edition for $50, Standard Edition + Extra Turntable is $90.

And this is across ALL platforms, so Wii, 360, PS3, and PS2 (unfortunately it will cost you $80 for just the SE on PS2) can get on this deal, not sure how long it will run for so if you were interested into picking this up, NOWS YOUR CHANCE!!

DJ Hero's Facebook commented that they will unveil a new DLC Track Pack at the end of the month...

It may be a good artist but with an extremely high DLC price,

It could be a horrible one with an extremely high DLC price,

So it's a win-win for Activision !







UPDATE: Uhhhhh....so the DLC for April/May is called the DJ Hero "Domination" Pack...

...and looking at THIS VIDEO, i don't care how high the price is, I. WANT. THIS. MIX. NAOW.

The Domination pack is now offically released for the 360 & Wii, PS3 will have to wait till May 11th. The price is 640 MSP or 300 Wii Points per track
