So how many Paranoia mixes are there total, and what are they?

I have multiple questions regarding the Paranoia series:

1. How many mixes are there TOTAL?

2. What are the names of all of the mixes?

3. Why were they remixed so much?

4. Which of those mixes got on to SuperNOVA AC?

1. There are 10 versions of PARANOiA, including the original

PARANOiA KCET (clean mix) - 2MB (U1)
PARANOiA MAX (dirty mix) - 190
PARANOiA Rebirth - 190'
PARANOIA EVOLUTION - 200
PARANOiA ETERNAL - STM 200 (winner of DDR contest back in 5th mix)
PARAANOIA survivor - 270
PARANOIA survivor MAX - 290
PARANOiA -respect- - .3k (Sota Fujimori)
PARANOiA (HADES) - atype300 (jun)

3. Paranoia has been remixed so many times because of the demand for it. From my undersanding, back in 1st mix, it was the most popular and hardest song at the time.

4. All of them are in SuperNova AC. People would complain if one was left out.

On a side note, PARANOiA MAX had a lot of different versions, stepchart-wise and music-wise

paranoia max ~dirty mix~ (in roulette)- paranoia max with paranoia's step charts
paranoia max ~dirty mix~ club ver.
paranoia max ~dirty mix~ club another ver. 2
paranoia max ~dirty mix~ another- "another" isnt a mix name, but this sounds different than the another in club version.

in roulette is only in 2nd mix. the banner is black.
the club versions are only in club version, except for another v2 which is in DDRMAX US. club version has a violet banner, club another has a light blue banner, and club another v2 has a dark blue banner.
the ones from IIDX dont have banners, as they are in IIDX.

aside from repeating club another v2 in DDRMAX US, the only paranoia max seen in multiple games is the original. this is the one in 3rd mix, 4th mix, max2, extreme, SN, and SN2 AC versions.

if anyone wants, i can get some videos of the step charts for all of them, but you could probably just load up stepmania and see them. the only ones that sound the same are the original and the roulette version, all others have different audio.

edit- removed certain ones as i found them to actually not be different.

yes, paranoia max and its another are in BMUS(obviously, unlike DDR you need to select another as the difficulty, rather than choose it as a separate song.

maybe i just suck too badly at the another in IIDX, but i'm almost certain that it has different audio. not much, but there are differences. later i'll put in one of my JP IIDX mixes that has auto play and just listen too it, then listen to the DDR anothers after.

I wish Beatmania US had Auto play. I've yet to pass the Another chart for PARANOiA MAX.

At the end of the PARANOiA song in Another sounds very similar to the one in DDRMAX US, which makes me believe they are the same.

I could either speculate (which I am), or I could just wait for you to check.

i'm basing them being different based on all the extra sounds in the IIDX version that arent in the DDR version.

remember, a lot of songs have another's change. going from the older IIDX game that was linked with 2nd mix to make club version to the modern IIDX games its possible for the another to have changed.

when i check, i'll compare with 3rd style as well as any newer styles that have it.

ok, so here are my findings.

paranoia max with the light blue banner is the exact same audio as the paranoia max with the red banner we all know and love. as such, its actually labeled "PARANOiA MAX ~DIRTY MIX~" just like the original

paranoia max with the violet banner is "PARANOiA MAX (CLUB VER.), and has the IIDX audio when played on L7 and 7K.

paranoia max with the dark blue banner is "PARANOIA MAX (CLUB ANOTHER VER.2)", and the audio is ever so slightly different than the another found in beatmania IIDX 3rd style. the one in IIDX has the "feels so good" voice played to 16th jacks, all of which make the "feels" sound untill the last two that say "so good", this isnt in the DDR version. there is also a quick piano sound part way through the IIDX version that isnt in the DDR version.

all of the banners say "PARANOiA MAX ~DIRTY MIX~", and the club ver and another subtitles are indicated beneath the banner in the same way that the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd mix engines show the "KONAMI ORIGINAL REMIX" and dance mania icons.

edit- i wonder, is the another ver. 2 from IIDX at all, or is it just a remix of the another and thus the "ver. 2"?

If I'm not mistaken, but there was a thread on FFR where there was (I think) 50+ mixes of PARANOiA and just mixes of PARANOiA. It was big, but the thread was deleted. T_T

i think this thread is about REAL paranoia's, not fan made crap(whcih 99% of those are, just like fan made maxes).

I believe the Paranoia on DDRMAX US is the club version one.

The actual Paranoia Max Dirty Mix that the CS US has is in DDR Extreme.
