Love the idea, or hate it?

"The eurobeat journeyman!"
I guess like including part of a DDR stepchart in a custom SM chart (like Chewi did with the section from V in SUISHOKU KOMACHI MELANCHOLIA, or like Pandy did with the section from TSUGARU in EVOLUTION)

A couple of DDR'y examples of "tribute charts" would be Dance Dance Revolution Challenge , PARANOiA MAX (SMM-Special) Challenge , and PARANOiA Revolution Heavy ; since they're consisted of other song segments. The older PARANOiA songs did this a lot.

For instance, let's say the extended version of CANDY (UFO! Mix) has a stepchart consisting of some segments of CANDY star and heart's steps, in addition to the UFO! Mix's.

This makes more sense than when I read it almost 9 hours ago. Go for it, kinda interested to see how these turn out.

If it flows well then I think it's fine. But I feel like long versions of songs shouldn't exist in the first place.

I always play Candy✯'s Universe Challenge chart as Candy♥'s Challenge chart.

You can also nearly interchange Sunkiss Drop and Twinkle Heart charts [the stop in Twinkle Heart mucks it up a bit] and they go perfectly to the rhythm.

I haven't bothered to look at other at other charts that are able that would work well. Maybe someday.
