EDIT: Naughty Dog announced the Single Player DLC during the PS4 All Access on November 14.
The Last of Us: Left Behind.
It was just a short teaser showing Ellie and her friend. Personally, I think it's the friend from the prequel comic that explains how Ellie got infected.
