I would like to delete my scores on the score tracker but when i enter in 0s for the scores it won't let me click submit

I'm guessing you are on about the jubeat Score Tracker? This site has multiple trackers.
What browser are you using, the jubeat one works fine here.

No actually i am using chrome and am talking about the DDR tracker
