No. It's a PC sim for Taiko no Tatsujin. Granted, Donkey Konga uses the same/similar engine for the game, but it's Taiko at its core.

Well that was pretty much what I asked since they do look similar. 
Donkey Konga is my only real experience with drum games like this.
