No lovehina means apps (Android/iOS) that emulate a IIDX controller. On a tablet.
Let me just say that those apps are NOT your best option to play IIDX/LR2 on PC. They need to be connected through bluetooth to the computer (which causes major lag) and you won't really get ANY feedback from the controller since you're playing on a tablet.
Your best bet is to either comb through ebay/Amazon for a US KOC, or save up on a DAO/VIRGOO/genbu/some other third party IIDX controller.

Pretty much what Max said. Bluetooth imposes a fair bit of latency which does not mix well with the stricter timing windows of IIDX/LR2. Best solution would be to get a IIDX controller (be it 3rd party or KOC) and play using that.
However if you are really determined, an application called i2DX exists that does just what you mentioned. Haven't tried it at all, but it is what it is.
