Title.
I'm asking this for any version, whether it's 3.9 or 5 or anything else, including OpenITG and such derivatives.
(If it's not possible, my current backup plan is to use 3.9 and create the CUT2 charts by hand, and then throw in some dumb negative BPM stuff at the end to make a bunch of arrows impossible to hit and lower the maximum score by the proper amount. Hope that's not going to be needed.)

What should CUT2 do? You don't explain its effect...

Whereas CUT leaves only 4th notes, CUT2 leaves 4ths and 8ths.

Well, the only way I see is to make a change in the source code, since the regular CUT function is hardcoded (you know, LITTLE)...
