I know of Kakumei (Chopin's Revolutionary Etude) and V -for Extreme- (Vivaldi's Winter from the Four Seasons) but I think there are at least a few others.

No.13 is Bach's Two-Part Invention in A Minor.
Ubertreffen is also by Bach, but the name escapes me. Suite or something?

END OF THE CENTURY borrows the melody from Beethoven's 9th Symphony during its chorus. You can also count Jupiter too, if you consider Holst classical music.

Well it's not a Bemani song but there is SPEED OVER BEETHOVEN from the Dancemania line of music. Für Elise That's not the real name but whatever is the original that it "borrows from" but yeah that's all I have to say.

The 7 Jump is taken from some TV show De Zevensprong. LOL I don't know if the theme itself is an old folk song or a classical piece.

I was thinking about creating a thread for this.
Anywho theres A 5th of Beethoven from universe 3 and Classic Party Triathalon Ultramix 4. There were a few classical songs in mario mix, I'll have to get back to you on that.
In The Hall of the Mountain King. Infamously misidentified as The Inspector Gadget Theme.
Yeah that happens alot. Even the theme for Adventures of Sonic The Hedgehog had been confused for the same song.

Because Holst is early 20th century, and I wasn't sure what the exact boundaries of "classical" were. I would definitely consider it classical though.

Orpheus Goes to the Underworld. Such a beautiful piece on the bass trombone. Too bad I'll never play it again. The song is about 12(?) minutes, and the infamous can can appears near the end for about two minutes or so.
Gyruss is based off Bach's Fugue in D minor.

Saints Go Marching is not classical, though it is in the public domain. Look here.
EDIT: Original basis in parentheses
Speed over Beethoven (Fur Elise - Beethoven)
Kakumei (Revolutionary Etude - Chopin)
Dream A Dream (In the Hall of the Mountain King - Edvard Grieg)
V (Four Seasons: Winter - Antonio Vivaldi)
No.13 (Invention #13 in A minor - Bach)
END OF THE CENTURY (9th Symphony "Ode to Joy" - Beethoven)
A Fifth of Beethoven (5th Symphony, 1st Movement - Beethoven)
JUPITER: The Bringer of Jollity (same title - Gustav Holst)
Kick The Can (Orpheous in the Underworld - Jacques Offenbach)
William Tell Overture (same title - Gioachino Rossini)
Carmen Prelude (from the opera "Carmen" - Georges Bizet)
I still, for the life of me, can't figure out what Ubertreffen's based on.

Julius Fucik is the original composer of Entry of the Gladiators. Here's the original, from 1897.
