Is it possible to change the playing side of an konami official us turntable that comes bundled with the game?

Yes. IIRC you can slide out the keypad section and turn it to be able to mimic the P2 side.

Yes you can. There is a button on the back you press down and then slide the keypad out. It locks back in place once you move it all the way into the position you would like it to be in whether that is P1 or P2 side.

Well, as far as the BM US controller goes, no. There are controllers that do light up that are possibly PS2 compatible (they are $200+ though).
