Philips CD-i of Pump? It has a bad reputation, sure, but not of that magnitude.
People hate it for the same reason vanilla installs are frowned in some gaming communities: the expansions (in this case, PREX 3) added so much (Nightmare mode, numerous revivals, and even a few new songs) that it makes the old version look so inferior. It didn't help that the quasi-pop direction they tried to take the music in for Premiere 3 didn't sit over well with the fanbase expecting K-Pop.

we've not seen them very often here at all. Was one of some sort many years back where we used to live, when we were just getting into DDR, there was a Pump it Up at one arcade - no idea which or what though. We weren't particularly interested at the time, since wasn't DDR! This game wasn't working at first, not taking coins. But Riakodoadm was so desperate to play it, she got a worker to get it working, so rare they are to find round here! She wants to try every kind now, me well...I suck really LOL I get dyslexic feet on DDR, corner steps instead?! Waste of a quid! haha
