No, Lincle Kingdom and customization is exclusive to the e-amuse passes. No, the break doesn't have them in stock yet, but plans to hopefully in the near future. And yes, all the linclelink stuff is unlocked 
Customization is not out yet for us BTW. the customization portion of the site is still undergoing beta testing and should be ready soon

Is it possible to get an e-amuse pass at 8OTB, or does Lincle Kingdom and customization and all that stuff work without a pass?
Also, are the Lincle Link songs [I'm so happy, far east nightbird, etc] unlocked?
