Completely agree with Quickman - All of the people being understanding/tolerant of this incessant rambling aren't helping at all by feeding into it and "being nice". Why not just point out that what they're saying is nonsense?

Aren't helping what, exactly? The posts, or the needless conflict around them? The conflict, I should add, that you guys started and continue to perpetuate? Sure, I'm perpetuating this by answering back, but I have to answer back because I'm pretty sure you're wrong.

Yeah, I forgot making a thread posing a genuine concern about the lack of post quality lately was inciting a flame war, my bad. I guess we'll continue to turn this website into the Music Game Hell Copypasta testing grounds. I think the fact no mod really cares enough to do anything about it says it all about what people have driven this place into.

You also forgot that pleading for a user to be permabanned in song and all-caps on one of their posts is probably harassment. Especially if they haven't directly addressed you.

The posts, obviously. The more you reply and "be nice", the more this shit will spread. You might not mind seeing trash comments and bollocks on a music game forum, but believe it or not, it does annoy some people. It's unnecessary and I seriously can't tell if they're just trolling at this stage. I agree that they should be banned (especially considering one of them was apparently randomly PMing people out of the blue with this garbage) so we can put it to bed, but whether they actually do get banned or not is not my decision, thus I am making my voice heard in a thread that is addressing a valid concern.

Whether Nezemarth is trolling or not, his posts are quite worrisome. Maybe it's because I'm American, but I wouldn't take any chances with him. If he wants to be banned so badly then grant him his wish because this is getting way out of hand.

My 2 cents on this: personally, I am annoyed by all this, considering how much the site is now flooded up with incoherent posts for the past few days. I don't know what happened, but Nezemarth is going nuts. But sometimes he makes coherent posts from time to time. I hope he recovers fully and makes fully coherent posts all the time again. sarahoh would not be an issue had it not been for the constant spamming and PM'ing users when they don't want to. She's basically asking for free compliments and nothing else, and no one should be asking for free compliments. I understand she's autistic, but she's ignoring anything on what we say besides being aware of such. ("I worked too hard on this") She reminds me of both 370K, and VGS. Despite this, I dunno what to think of her. Don't ban her yet. We'll see if she remains an actual problem in the future. I'm hopeful she'll learn someday learn about proper forum rules. YuiandAssyleum however, is an problem. No one understands what's he's saying (he's probably using google translate), and has some weird fantasy thing with making all these games up and claiming these as real and requesting al2k4 to put these in the arcade database. And has a weird obsession with comedy in simfile contests? He's also demanding clean lineouts of other people when they haven't been released yet. He needs to go.

Is it a safe time to ask, where are the mods in all of this? I'm not saying we need to go on a ban frenzy, but I have yet to hear any steps taken to at least prevent things from spiraling out of control. I mean why do I feel like it's just the members deciding to make judgment calls when there are mods that should be doing so in their own hub? Either I'm missing something or the mods really are asleep.

I haven't recalled this level of forum dysfunction in years, but the time I did was when we were getting threads like "How Klonoa is like Jesus" and mods that did nothing with their roles...at least one of them because they couldn't even speak English. Very painful stuff, and I didn't even care that it was the only Klonoa forum I could find when about 80% of the users were either mentally unstable or just plain laissez-faire.

At least in this case I feel like I can have a coherent conversation, but I fear that won't be for long if those people start leaving due to lack of moderation. Then again, we can just wait it all out and grab the popcorn. Otherwise, I'm sure it would be nice to not feel like every other post is going to be regurgitated drivel.

I'm not an expert by any means, but I do feel like Nezemarth's posts do show signs of schizophrenia. An ex-girlfriend of mine would occasionally behave in a pretty similar fashion (nonsensical rambling, paranoia, delusional beliefs, disorganized thoughts) and was only officially diagnosed with it a few months ago. She's getting help with it now, but it really could have ended in disaster and it nearly did a few times. So I am genuinely concerned for his well-being.

As far as the whole sarahoh thing goes, it's annoying and it needs to stop. If she's trying to be some ARG, Zenius is probably the dumbest place you could try to do one. That's the only reasonable explanation I can think of for her bizarre behavior.

Save for the PM shit, there's been no egregious rule breaking. Nothing that's a serious problem, to be honest. I have already warned for the PM stuff anyway and will escalate it to strikes or more if it keeps happening.

On people like YuiandAssyleum, we don't ban stupid here. Most of you would have been gone already if we did.

I'd rather have to deal with posts and threads that are at least somewhat entertaining and humorous. These posts as of late have not been entertaining by any means. I'm bored as well.
