iON Master Arcade Metal Dance Pads/metal pad reviews?

I am looking for a DDR/ITG pad. It would also be great if the pad could also do pump it up, but that is optional. I would use this with stepmania most likely. Currently I am waiting for the stepmaniaX pads or the impulse pads to be released and then hope that I can put the order in before they get sold out. Which brings me to my question, has everyone ever owned or at least used any of these particular pads?

I cant seem to find anything in terms of legitimate reviews for these products, only the tournament DDRgame pads which have no bar and have poor reviews.

Don’t get the 2nd one. Mine always had sensor issues and the pc adapter that they give you is absolute diarrhea. It came broken and every one they sent me broke too. Cheap Chinese wiring. Plus their customer service is iffy. I’ve heard the ion pads are better tho.

Then again, I'm a bit out of the loop with what's available. If I were in your shoes, and you have to have a metal pad, I'd just wait for the StepManiax or Impulse pads (part of me would lean towards the former because it's supposedly customizable for PIU/TechnoMotion configurations).

I ended up going with the stepmaniax pad because it was either that or impluse which isn't even out yet. Thanks everyone
