So, I got a lot of noteskins which has ITG-colored explosions, I updated from SM5 beta 2 to 5.0.7, and the explosions just
disappeared. I searched the internet for the answer of this problem like crazy, but it looks like that no one had similar problems.
Any help would be extremely appreciated.

You would have to post or link them. Unfortunately, it's not easy to debug problems like this remotely.

Try updating to the latest version of SM 5.0 first. SM5 is reasonably backward compatible back to 5.0.4 but forward isn't guaranteed.

Aaaand when I update to the latest version, nearly every noteskin's explosions just disappear altogether.

Turn on theme error reporting. It'll probably tell you what's broken. Probably something broken in a noteskin they all fall back on.

Because I've heard that the theme error report and the log is pretty much the same thing.

You can send the log file, but if you refuse to have error reporting on, you don't deserve help.

Hold F3 to bring up the debug menu. Hit F6 to switch to the theme section. Press the number for "Toggle Show Errors".

Whatever goes wrong probably happens when the noteskins are loaded. Restart stepmania and see if anything pops up.

Upload the log and post a link. Probably something happening before the screen is created, so it can't show the errors.

I suspect that some common noteskin the others rely got broken in an undetected way.
Upgrade to 5.0.12
Do not copy NoteSkins from the old version to the NoteSkins folder in the new version.
Instead, find the "%APPDATA%/StepMania 5.0/NoteSkins/" folder, and put them in there. Only copy noteskins that you installed, not ones that originally came with the game.
The same instructions apply to Themes. If you make the mistake of copying the _fallback theme from an old version, lots of stuff will be broken.

But the game doesn't detect my noteskins, only the default ones show up.
Apparently I moved the themes and noteskins back to the main folder and all things JUST WORKED.
