"suffering from success"
I've wanted to go in-depth with the DDR series ever since I made my current YouTube channel back in 2009. The series has been such a big part of my life, and I figured I'd high time for me to finally do something about it. So, over the course of however many weeks, I plan on diving headfirst into the DDR CS library and giving my honest reviews of each game.
At least the ones from the US territories, anyway.

So, without any more hesitation... Let's get this party started!

Introduction

The introduction was great, and the actual review was good. The background music was a bit too loud compared to your voice, but that's just my onion.

Would watch what you have coming up. Happy

Assuming X comes up... at least give like one small mention that a handful of people adored the character content. Then bash, inevitably bash to one's heart's content. It just sucks when my friends and I really liked their backstories, identified with a character or five, and waited years and years for anything official for Konami. Then Konami answers our prayers by throwing in trivia and honoring those old profiles and even including bits from the new ones, and people act like it was a useless garbage game. ;~;

I do NOT mean that like I expect you to be mean; it's just the vibe I get from a lot of hardcore players. Maybe I'm wrong. Being wrong would be cool.

tl;dr: It's one thing to hate a game, it's another to say it was total trash, so I'm just being preemptively defensive.

will watch these when I'm not at work, shhh

... then there's X2 but it's way harder to convince anyone that game's as fun as I thought it was. Dead No point in trying.

And your first thought when looking for cool, identifiable characters was "rhythm game"? I can guarantee 99% of people couldn't care less about the person that was hidden by the arrows in the foreground.

Also X sucks and gave about two minor things that people liked to the franchise.

Thank you for proving my point. ._.; Yet I feel compelled to give you a point for saying "couldn't care less" correctly... it's refreshing.

Neither of that bothered me. The announcers, while they can get annoying, never bothered me too much. And the X-Special charts were all kinda garbage so I'm not hurt by their absence.

I agree with Axel. DDR X was good, but it just fell short with not having the X-Specials.

Just remember to bring a sledgehammer when doing the X2's Dice Master Mode.

1. I know.
2. That just furthers my point I made in the video about how bullshit the unlock system is in the game. They tried to do so much and didn't properly think things through, to the point where there's X amount of ways to unlock everything and they don't always take into account certain songs or the other methods. Again, thank the stars they got their shit together on MAX2.
