Post any examples you can find of songs with more than one version of its chart. I'll try and come up with the basic ones.
Pretty much everything from ULTRAMIX DLC -> Festival got new charts.
Also doubles charts from the club ver songs in EXTREME (5.1.1., be in my paradise, R3, etc)
Kind Lady had some freezes removed in MAX2 iirc
Horatio had shock arrows removed in the X AC release
Tsugaru obviously
Max (period) has two different charts
Feel free to post any others you may think of.

Adding one bit to Kind Lady. That song also had two different chart sets (Universe 3 and DDR 2014)
Starmine (I think on all difficulties).
MEMORIES and Rescue Me have the same single charts but different double charts (does that count)?
CRAZY♥LOVE S- (There's a PS2 version and a Wii version; AC uses Wii)

I believe SABER WING's charts were modified very slightly between CS and AC releases.
Compare https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tkreglwfKjM with https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XmVU5U5L1e8
escape's S- chart was slightly modified to fix a final freeze arrow.
Can't forget all three versions of London EVOLVED and their charts.
I believe one of the New York EVOLVED's had a change in chart, the number of Freezes was altered or something from the PS3 to the AC version.

PARANOiA ETERNAL and 5thMIX>MAX2
2ndMIX Step Battle songs got new charts in 3rdMIX too.
Do quantizations count? If so then bag, Healing-D-Vision and CALICO CAT ROCK have quantization changes in DDR X, and I'll Make Love To You in SN2. I think DEAD END had some as well, but idk when.

And there's way more charts than that if you count quantization issues. One you'd probably miss is MAXX UNLIMITED S-

B4U (B4 ZA BEAT MIX) has two different sets of - charts; the ones used in Euromix 2(?) and UNIVERSE are totally different. Also, UNIVERSE retains the charts and Euromix 2 does not.

280 BPM section with the freezes. A couple of them were 1/8 early, and were put to the next quarter note on DDR X.Post #13 · Posted at 2016-08-07 08:17:24pm 7.7 years ago

I might be wrong on this, but, didn't have to make a whole different S- chart as a result of DDR Festival's S- chart being used as Extreme 2's Challenge chart? And also, iirc, they also made a S- chart in Extreme 2 for Infinite Prayer.

Any charts that used 12ths/24ths/48ths before those note quantizations were invented were adjusted to use them.
I don't know all of them, but here's a few I do know of:
MAX 300 (last 12 steps of the chart)
BURNING HEAT (all of it)
Bag ( is but with the deliberately broken note timings)
Healing-D-Vision (all of it)

Those are the only licensed songs that were available in 5th CS. There were some KO songs too, but they had full charts instead of having only one.Post #16 · Posted at 2016-08-08 06:46:41am 7.7 years ago

A couple of other DDR X quantization fixes that come to mind (that aren't obvious 12th/24th fixes)
- D2R D- had a jump toward the end that used to be on a 16th beat (late). It was later fixed to the 8th beat right before it.
- Pluto Relinquish's and charts used to have 16th notes at 400 beats per minute (even on DDR X CS). The 16ths were later changed to quarters and eighths.

"My paw is incompurrable!" |
Majority of Paranoia Eternal changed. I believe only Single was unchanged.
Gentle stress (AMD Sexual mix)/(Sensual mix) - the piano run is a sixteenth cluster run in DDRMAX USA; everywhere else is a triplet run
Very slight changes in Get Up'n Move, Stomp to my beat, Boys and Xepher
-I believe Get Up'n Move's percussion had sixteenths at some point before being replaced with triplets.
-Stomp to my beat is missing a note in the first part in DDRMAX USA
-Boys, at the triplet part, (I'm just a girl who's looking for some fun) has an extra down arrow around that part; it's missing in DDR 4th Mix and as such, is more sync.
-Xepher had a slight change in timing in DDR X2, after the freeze tap parts when the steps go triplet with the music, in the second set of triplets after the long stream, it used to be two eighths in SN2 before it was changed to triplets to match the music precisely.

Please pardon my little-over-a-month bump.
Anyone recall the transition from the DDR X2 location test to the official game? Well, POSSESSION and Second Heaven received new charts, and their respective from the location test were put in the slots.
But there was at least one that got replaced and never made it back, probably for good reason. Yes, I'm talking about Dazzlin' Darlin! I just happened to run into a video of the location test chart yesterday by complete chance.
