Recently picked up a Supernova AC cabinet and whenever I switch the power on it boots into the japanese ps2 menu (as if no disc in ps2 disc tray). Not sure what how to fix it or where to even begin 
+Apparently tested (3 times before shipped) and working
+Worked when delivered
+Tested all buttons in service mode
+All lights work (pads/marquee/speakers)
+Inner hardware carefully dusted and cleaned
+Wires cleaned and reconnected
-Longer boot time from before
-Leads to JP Ps2 screen

probably hdd failure
