DDR & IIDX´s MAX 300 was going to be 400 BPM.

About an hour ago, I did a little research on MAX 300, a Track from DDR that I heard was notorious for its difficulty. I found out that it was originally going to be composed at a BPM of 400, but it had to be slowed down because it would apparently make feet bleed from how hard it would´ve been.

Regarding this, I have a question to ask: Is MAX 300 just a 400 BPM Track that was slowed down to 300, or did it actually sound different before the BPM change during composition?

Whatever the truth is, we're not going to know because we're not NAOKI. Although it's much more likely it wasn't just slowed down from 400 to 300 and went through several revisions.

Anyway, the answer to this thread is no. The song is actually 150 BPM.

Now we can move on from shitposting in here onto something else.

for future reference try to read "400" as "200" in this thread, and "300" as "150". this should avoid triggering you
