So, I have a bit of an issue. I have some Bitcash credits that I want to charge my Paseli account with but everytime I get to the customer agreement it throws up an error on the eAmuse page. Do I need to put my bitcash information on my eAmuse account first before trying to charge it or is the error related to me being in the US and it's checking my location via IP Address? If it is the latter I can attempt to use a Japanese VPN.

If you registered for an eAmuse/Konami ID and you set your region to USA, you can't use PASELI, regardless of proxies. You have to use a Japanese account.
