Probably Chaos. At least Chaos has pauses that match the rhythm, and unlike Pluto, there aren't too many harsh jumps.

I would say Flash In The Night S- Heavy

since it is a more balanced chart, whereas the only reason that Romance NO Kamisama S- Heavy

is because of the perplexing patterns.

Even though I can't beat either of them, I'd say Paranoia Revolution. Trip Machine throws in a bunch of awkwards jumps, freezes, and pauses. Even though Paranoia is really hard, it at least has the decency to put just one slowdown in the song, with the rest of it being pure challenge.
