Well, the title of this thread pretty much explains everything D:
I've been searching for a while what timing window values should i put on the preferences.ini file if i wanna simulate a post-DDRSN2 (Arcade tho, not CS since I've heard that the values are different) but I can't find anything, the only ones I've found are the EXTREME ones ( and according to what i've read those values have changed after extreme and sn2 ) so yeah,,,
I would really appreciate if someone can answer my question,,, thanks in advance

Pretty sure the timing windows have stayed the same since EXTREME (and MAX excluding Marvelous which didn't appear until EXTREME). It's the scoring that changed.

Yeah, the timing windows are no different on SN2 than most other mixes. If you mean SCORING ala SN2=Marvelous is max points, perfect is max points - 10 then that's a different question entirely.

StepMania 5 can't actually simulate the inherent uncertainty in DDR timing. Setting the timing windows to the standard EXTREME-style ones is about the best you can do.

This basically. DDR's timing is frame-based while SM/ITG's timing (Pump's as well?) is second-based. The two aren't really compatible.
