Hey guys quick question here
How do i make edit songs on DDR Extreme(Arcade) songs?
Like, Since the DDR AC can only read PS1 memory cards, How do i manage to fit DDR Extreme Edits into it?
I have Song edits on my DDR Extreme JP CS game but i want to move it to the Arcade. I've seen people do this
with multiple songs on Youtube And in person. I have DDR 5th Mix edits on my PS1 memory card and Extreme(AC)
can read them. Help me?
Thanks~

EDIT:
Another question is.. How do you save the memory card edits in to the AC itself? An old Arcade i used to go to had Edits
already saved in the game so you can access it without the memory Card. (Is this in the operator menu or is this a custom bootleg?)
The game also had a Girl Announcer, Its the announcer from EXTRA MIX.

Listen to the Announcer. It was changed to that instead of the default male Announcer.

If I remember correctly, you would have to Export the edit to your memory card via Library Manager. Edits that are exported are exported as their own individual PS1 files, so select the edit you want and select Output, and output it to the PS1 memory card. You can manage and import it to other compatible titles through the game's Outside Manager.

As far as using it on the arcades, I haven't tried it yet. I'll have to try and give you an answer if nobody beats me to it lol.

So DDR 5th Mix Can read DDR Extreme Edit files? Just have to export the Edit from Extreme by using the manager?

I believe so. The song would have to have been in 5th mix though, obviously. Although I'm not quite sure what the game would do if there are freeze arrows in the file.

If the song has to be in 5th mix, Then how are people playing edits for Breakdown, Xenon, and Living in America..?

It's being confused with Link Data (i.e. to save scores on the MC), which requires 5th Mix CS to create a link data file. You do not need a link data file to play edits.

The machine reads the memory card regardless of what's on there, so it should recognize whatever edits were exported.

So It must be a PS1 Memory card..
My Link Data is enabled on my PS1 memory card.
..
All i have to do is Export the PS2 Edit to a PS1 memory card and thats it?
I don't have to boot 5th Mix CS To do anything else?
And it can be from 6th Mix 7th Mix and Extreme Correct?( All JP Of Course)

Yes, yes, and also the SuperNOVA games (X JP should as well). I've successfully transferred edits to a PS1 memory card from Extreme and SN2 JP. For example, I ported the steps from the Dynamite Rave Air Special on SN2 edit mode without any playback issues on the machine.

As said before, many DDR machines with memory card slots feature a Flash ROM card. If installed and enabled in the Operator Menu, the owner of a DDR machine can preload his/her system with edits from a memory card. To do this, open the operator menu, select Memory Card Options, and then select Store Edit Data. The machine will then scan your memory card for edits and allow you select which ones you want to copy onto the machine.
The article continues a few paragraphs later to mention how edits can be added without memory card slots in Extreme, so it should be possible to save edits on Extreme.
