It's a 神 on NIGHTMARE, which apparently translates to 15 (!!!).
Will be coming to arcades in a few days along with a new Cuvelia song.

I really like this song when i heard in the finals. Also the pattern is so difficult, with all the spins and the hold + spin

CHERNOBOG is unlockable through a new mode called BEAST CRISIS, with full difficulties (5/9/10+/神).

No sign of the Cuvelia song, though.

Recently, Spring Pony and Sakura Reflection were crossed over. I feel Spring Pony was kinda "wasted" because they didn't make a unique video for it, they just used the generic BeatStream video. They could've done something cute with Roly-Pony (its Pop'n Music character who also appears on the song's jacket) for its video if they made one.

Alstroemeria, Ryouran Hit Chart and Spring Comes Around (In Like A Lion) also came over.

Just because a song might benefit from a good video doesn't mean it's necessarily going to happen.

How surprising! That's honestly one of the last songs I would've expected to cross over to this game - but it's a great song!

It's been over a month since we said anything about BeatStream news, so I will catch up on everything.

First of all, the Cuvelia song ended up being called "Sky High". Its video is on YouTube.

Second of all, there's been a bunch of SDVX and HinaBitter crossovers thanks to FLOOR INFECTION:

Sorry for the necropost but I head that BeatStream will end its online service soon. The grapevine says that BeatStream cabinets can be converted to Nostalgia.

Yep, I've heard that same rumor too. I'm honestly surprised they'd do away with BeatStream so early; it seemed to be more successful than some of the other quick-dying BEMANI games. Even KONAMI seemed to care about it a lot more than, say, Mirai DaGakki FutureTomTom and DanceEvolution. They would post the background videos in high quality to YouTube and NicoNicoDouga, which is something they don't even do for IIDX, GITADORA, and DDR background videos. Let that sink in.

Also, according to a user on "the pig site", it seemed to be doing very well in arcades. Maybe it's because it has relatively low overall difficulty and a songlist featuring a nice blend of Touhou/anime and Vocaloid songs alongside its KONAMI originals to appeal to the casual Japanese player. Said user also said more people played BeatStream than REFLEC BEAT according to his observations.

Here's hoping what that one arcade machine seller who started this rumor said turns out to be untrue. It strikes me as odd how a game that seems to be rather popular, BeatStream, would get scrapped just like this with little fanfare and not even days with mass song removals.

No, I recall that pig site user saying he went to an arcade and on the day he went, there were more people playing it than Reflec. It's untrue in the long run, as Reflec is definitely more popular than BS overall, but wasn't untrue for the time he visited and the arcade he went to. I apologize for being unclear.

SURPRISE BEATSTREAM ISN'T DEAD (yet)

JOMANDA and サヨナラヘヴン will be coming to BS tomorrow as unlockables because I guess they're christmas songs?? Also a few licenses are being removed on the 19th and IIRC they were also removed in the original BS so they probably won't be coming back this time.

They aren't Christmas songs; they're just popular BEMANI songs. They were added as a bit of a "Christmas gift" because of their sheer popularity.
I'm starting to question whether the "BeatStream is going to be cancelled" rumors are true...
