It would be nice to have a spot for a readme in the upload simfile page. I've been uploading custom zips so that I can include my own readme.
(If there's already a better way of doing that, please let me know!)

It doesn't really seem like that important of a feature IMO. You could always just put whatever you wanted in the readme in the comments box instead when you upload, or just do a custom .zip as you've been doing.
