So, there was a major update today! Many songs got re-rated, and the interface got a cool new rehaul! I have only seen pictures of it but so far I love it!

So, there's this new song contest thingy happening - there's a whole bunch of old, underrated, and somewhat "forgotten" Pop'n Music characters and artists who enter the contest must compose a new song for one of these characters. I think all of them will be getting new songs.

So, are any of you fans of the characters mentioned in that link and are you excited to see them getting new songs in the future? I'm excited about White-Merry, Belle and Tsurara's new songs.

It's HinaBitter madness in the Pop'n world today as Rin's cover of the Nadeshiko Metal song is put into multiple BEMANI games, including Pop'n Music.


Aaaaaand...another HinaBitter cover surfaced, and it's the one of the Nadeshiko Rock (Rin to shite whatever ) song that had been in DDR, BeatStream and other BEMANI games, but surprisingly not Pop'n. Well, it's in Pop'n now, so:

June 29th is also my dad's birthday! I'm so excited for this! Here's hoping for long versions of some songs - I especially hope it includes エアポートシャトル and Sugar Coaster Girl's long versions, and maybe also for long versions of CRAZY WORLD and Devil's Magic to be made!
