Hi all,
Lapsed arcade rhythm gamer here, but with R1 opening soon less than an hour away (San Jose), I'm hoping to get back into it a bit more.
While I'm not very good at most of these arcade versions, mostly from not being able to practice much, I do love stat and score tracking. I'm definitely wanting to get eAmuse working for playing at R1 and while I've almost got things figured out, I need a tip or two for the last couple steps.
I've registered a KONAMI ID and generated a virtual eAmuse card. What do I need to do to use that via my phone (Nexus 5, which does have NFC enabled). Just get the eAmuse app, sign in to that, and then I can scan my phone on a machine? Is there any place to get that apk besides creating a fake Japanese Google account?

Scattered user reports from US NFC phone holders in the past have all been failures, to my knowledge. You're probably wasting your time if your phone doesn't do FeliCa (it doesn't). (And you are wasting your time if Konami's "電子マネー" is actually おサイフケータイ)
But, if you still want to try anyway, you'll need access to the machine on the network:
アミューズメント施設にあるKONAMIのe-AMUSEMENT PASS対応ゲーム機のカード読み取り部分に、電子マネーに対応している携帯電話をかざします。
ゲーム機の画面に表示された「新規登録」又は「データ引継ぎ」を選択すると16桁のカードナンバー（ユーザーコード）が表示されますので、メモなどに記録します。 その後、プレーを開始せずにゲームを終了して下さい。
当サイトの「e-AMUSEMENT」→「データ引継ぎする」ページで引継ぎ先のカードナンバー（前手順で確認したカードナンバー）を入力し、手順に沿ってデータ引継ぎを行って下さい。
