I also still love a lot of classic arcade games like Galaga, Centipede, Millipede, Tempest, Paperboy, Space Invaders, Crystal Castles, Breakout, Asteroids, and Missile Command.

I have a hard time listing favorites of anything (I would be here forever) so I try to go off of most hours of my life wasted...

The Forza series easily takes the cake on that one. Although I don't have any current gen consoles, so I've yet to break into Forza 5.

Currently GTA V is right under it. Which makes sense, because as a series in general, I think very highly of it.


I could list off all the games I still waste my life on, but it'd a drawn out list of mostly PS2 games paired with long explanations. Basically: Something something Tokyo Xtreme Racer something Gran Turismo something something Final Fantasy.

In no particular order:

PS1-era Crash Bandicoot/Spyro The Dragon.
Sims 3 (I've been known to spend like an hour or two just building one room in an entire house )
Portal 2. The first Portal is good too, but way too short for its own good. And the humor in the second game is better IMO.
Pokemon. Gee, couldn't possibly guess that just by looking at my avatar. Main series only, but I do have a soft spot for Pokemon Puzzle Challenge.
SSX 3 & SSX 2012. The only other SSX game I've played was Blur, and... well, if you've played it you know how much it sucks.
Super Mario Galaxy 1 & 2
I know I already mentioned Crash but CRASH TEAM RACING. I wasted so much of my childhood on that one game. It needs separate recognition from the rest of the original Crash games.

The lack of love for SSX Tricky/On Tour in this thread is criminal.
imo js I honestly think 3 & 2012 are the worst titles in the SSX franchise, and yet that's all everyone's mentioning in this thread. Hurts, bruh.

Tekken 5 Dark Resurrection
MvC2. Who cares about 4 characters being viable when the music is so unfitting that it fits?
CvS2. Where's mah sequel?
3rd Strike. Can't get into SF4 no matter how hard I try
Under Night In-Birth EXE Late. Solid offering from French Bread. Grid Gauge is a nice alternative to comeback mechanics in recent fighters.
Initial D (Mostly V3) OVER THE RAINBOW
Garou Every day I wonder where the sequel is. JK
Ridge 64. I'd try to play the PS1 games but the visual difference is just to much for me.

SSX Tricky will probably forever be my favourite version tbh. The soundtrack alone. . .

The only version of SSX I didn't quite care for was actually On Tour. I didn't play Blur because I heard it was abysmal and that was enough for me lol.

SSX Blur would like to have a word with you. "Hey, let's recycle all the courses from SSX 3 and On Tour but with lame looking graphics and terrible use of the Wiimote! What's that? You wanna pull off an uber trick? Okay, draw the shape on the screen exactly 100% accurate before you land back on the ground and maaaaaaybe you'll actually do it. I don't know, we're picky like that."

But I get not liking 2012. It's a pretty different game compared to the other SSX games.

Took On Tour back to the store. Tricky and 3 will forever go down as some of my favorite games of all time.
