Z-I-v Summer Contest 2015 [Back to school, kiddies, the contest is over.]

Anything (pt. 2) - The file felt offsync at times. I'm not sure if this was the case, but it seemed like the music cut was not done well. The instruments sounded so choppy and not really adhering close to a rigid 8th, 16th, etc structure.
There were double-steps that were really awkward to transition from.
this was horrific, to say the least. (Sorry if this hurts your feelings.) The jumps, followed immediately by or immediately preceding another 8th/4th note were really troublesome, too. I think you tried too hard to ramp up the difficulty. Patterns here are not even plausible to play on pad. There's spins and/or doublestepping everywhere during the 256 BPM 8th streams. I'm going to ask a question, if I may: What key configuration do you use to play StepMania? Most players here will be using the four arrow keys or 2468 on a number pad (you know, the calculator type things). If you try to create and test patterns using your two index fingers on the recommended arrow configurations, try not to make it so you have to hit any two different arrows with the same finger.

Bangin Burst - Wow you really went all out on the speed changes. I guess that's "going out with a bang" for ya.
Pretty good for this song, but I think having the jumps every two beats going to the melody during some of the 468 BPM sections in a chart isn't what I'd do. It's more of a thing for and (i.e. Over The "Period") in my opinion.
My comments here are pretty identical to The thing with the jumps. Maybe have them as jumpstreams instead? (Again a la Over The "Period" or FELM :cha idk. After playing it a few times on StepMania, they fit alright.
Overall though, I enjoyed this file. Just a couple little things that don't really detract that much. I'm doubtful of my ability to play with the foot-speed this song requires, but it's charted well.

Dai Yen Ran (rai?) - From this first file of yours that I have seen, I am very impressed. LIkely getting points. It's nice to see a "newbie" who really knows how to step a song well.
I was pleasantly surprised at how well th echart was written. I see nothing wrong or odd, here. I'll probably give points, but how many points depends on the other files.

EVERYBODY - Song is alright
. I don't know if it was just me, but I felt that some of the 8th streams didn't fit the mood of the song. I get they went to the vocals and all, but I think it would fit better as maybe 4ths, with just a few 8ths every few notes. The bass is strong with this one.
I don't think this song really needed this. The song doesn't scream for a level 15 (X-scale) chart. I feel like this should have been a more laid back file.

EVOLUTION - Don't get me wrong, I love this song, especially the full version on their album. There were some parts of this song that I didn't think were given justice by long 8th streams.
this is one of those instances where I feel following the vocals more closely would have been better in some parts. , particularly in the parts with the 8th note vocals. To be even more specific, the chorus. I don't know, maybe I'm just not used to hearing synths in this song, since the album version doesn't.

Just Be Friends - Lol, this sounds like something ddrstepper would step.
It was kind of nice just having the 8ths everywhere and not having it be ridiculously overstepped. The beginning part was kind of confusing in terms of doublesteps. After each jump, I didn't knwo whih foot to start with to avoid the spinning in the upcoming patterns (which could be crossed over instead with the proper foot placement). Aside from that, I don't think there was any problem. Maybe that the song was a bit long and repetitive towards the end, but this was good.

K8107 - Kind of a fun song.

Well, I guess it's streams. Pure streams for certain sections of the song. You seem to like streams in general. and ITG-like charts. Maybe worth a point, since the streams were reasonably patterned.

Monopole. - I can definitely see why this file is so popular.
Personally, I think you started off a little too hard. Even the 4th streams seemed a bit too much to begin with. That's kind of outweighed by the quality of the rest of the chart though so it's not that big of a deal. somewhat related side note lol: I was playing this on keyboard on a sightread and I kept my Perfect streak through the speed changes just fine, but then got a Great! on the last jump ugh...
Okay, this was really good too. I think this deserves to win (even if it means you beat me in the contest overall for total points earned.)

Rengoku no elferia - This doesn't remind me of NekoMata Master at all, lol
I liked the beginning of the chart for sure. I tend to like gimmicks, but some of these will take some learning. damn, that ending stop is like impossible lol. Overall, I liked this chart.

Stand Alone Beat Masta - okay song. I don't like it a ton, but it's alright
I'm not sure if you noticed, but towards the end, there are doublesteps in between 4th stream and 8th stream during the ending 400 BPM sections.

The Race is Over - I liked this! The background video kinda give me a bit more insight into Eurobeat. It's not really how I envisioned it would be, which I guess is a good thing in this case.
I loved the chart. It represented the song very well.
