It didn't work. You have to copy a whole url to the page like this:
Inserting http://zenius-i-vanisher.com/pictures/7319-1437663966.png (the image you appear to have been attempting to add) into an img tag gives you:
If it helps, you have the syntax right, you just have to remember to copy the whole link in order for it work.

It depends if someone's made a rip of the noteskin from the games yet. If someone has, I'll be more than happy to get them working.

The early versions of the DDR noteskins are here https://zenius-i-vanisher.com/v5.2/thread?threadid=7595 on my noteskin repository. I'll have to update them later for rolls, but they work nice on DDR simfiles.
