Does anyone know where to find .crs files for courses from official DDR games, if there's even such a place?

beware's DDR Extreme includes some official courses, though some of them (mainly Random Dancemania and Random Bemani) do not work outside of beware's Extreme. For the most part, it should be pretty trivial to make official CRS files yourself (minus the banners).
