Maybe it could help for training to better scores on the higher difficulties? I'm very new and only have a few RB Plus packs but these are my votes so far.
10- Fly to Next World(or)(waxing and wanding)
10+ - Gaia...?
Hardest 10/10+
10- The Wind of Gold

Easiest 10+ is Bad Maniacs by far. Out of what you can get on RB+ currently, hardest 10+ are HAERETICUS and 海神. (edit: DRAGON KILLER is also surprisingly easy, and is useful to practice the sort of pace you need for the harder 10+.
Easiest 10, a lot of people say Sakura Reflection, but I'd go with L'erisia(Primal Logic) just to practice streams. Hardest 10 is EXUSIA.

Gonna grab up BManiacs and Aether pack. Maybe Seiryu pack because Dark Fall looks like pretty good high bpm roll practice.

There isn't a best shot sound. It's all a matter of personal preference. As for me, I like the hockey sound. It hasn't failed me ever.
