嘆きの樹 / 金獅子 - It's been a classic in the IIDX series ever since its release in DistorteD, and now it's finally being crossed over to other series 9 years after its original release, truly signifying its mark on BEMANI as an iconic song.
And I'll add in...
POSSESSION / TAG underground - Even though this song has never left DDR, it is well known for its diffculty in that game even to players of other BEMANI games, and TAG underground's alias continues to be used in songs in other games as well. Not to mention its feature as TAG's sampled song in KHAMEN BREAK [INF]!
About this past round, I'm REALLY surprised at these drops... especially FLOWER and 凛として花咲くの如く. I know they're a little overrated, but they are extremely notable in the series for being in so many games. Also sad about Valanga, being TOTTO's break-out song and all; and even CLAMARE, which shows how crazy REFLEC can get.

REASON: One of the few TAG songs to actually show off some range. Rad, atmospheric tune.
SO DEEP (Perfect Sphere Remix) / SILVERTEAR
REASON: One of the first licensed tracks to show it could go toe to toe with the generally harder KONAMI Originals. Memorable, and still loved/enjoyed/difficult over 10 years after its DDR debut.

My two nominations:
Brilliant 2U (Orchestra Groove)/ Naoki: It is one of DDR's most memorable remixes of a song. It was also a favorite among many freestyle players.

Ayyy knew something was going to get in, but I predicted this week it'd be only 20, november getting in... At least all the actual important good stuff is carrying over. Even though I don't like the song, I will question quasar's dropping though, Single Kaiden's end is lonely without Doubles Kaiden's end song. (Also RIP MENDES)
