Hello all. I am currently working on a new DDR game called DanceDanceRevolution OmniMIX. I already have some of a song list going on, but does anyone have any tips on theming to steer me in the right direction? I don't have much theming experience, but I would really appreciate the help. Thanks!
By the way, I'd want it in the style of DDR 2014 or DDR X3.

If you're going to do serious theming, spend some time learning Lua on lua.org
After you know the language, you can start reading stuff in Docs/Themerdocs/ and Docs/Luadoc/Lua.xml and looking at the _fallback theme or moonlight to get some idea of how a theme is pieced together.

Umm... wow. This is really complicated. I have to give props to all theme makers. I didn't realize that theme making is ridiculously hard! Post #4 · Posted at 2014-08-10 10:29:20pm 9.6 years ago

I spend some time here and there writing documentation, but the initial hurdles of designing a screen and creating an actor are poorly explained at this point.
