Alright, the correct answer to that happens to be Yuichi Asami. Congrats to those who got the answer!!

華蝶風雪 was in fact a CARDINAL GATE song from IIDX 13 DistorteD.
カゴノトリ〜弐式〜 is a song from IIDX 13 DistorteD but it is not a CARDINAL GATE song.
卑弥呼 is not a CARDINAL GATE song because it's from IIDX 16 EMPRESS as the ONE MORE EXTRA STAGE boss.
罪と罰 is NOT a CARDINAL GATE song either because it's from IIDX 21 SPADA.

OK, so for the two days, I couldn't post questions because I've been having internet problems. As soon as the problem's taken care of, We will continue, The Results will come in the meantime!! 
Alright, Since I'm back with improved internet, It's still not over yet!
We will continue on a Sunday at HIGH NOON!!
