[SM5-Theme] SM-CORE X Theme for SM5 (Abandoned) + SIMPLY ARROW (outdated)

Hello and welcome to my new post, I have finished a new Theme for SM5 called SM-CORE X, this is the first release version (not the final). This theme was made using as base the SIMPLY ARROW, with new designs and with the most important, the ScreenGameply Design. PLUS a new update of my theme SIMPLY ARROW, added on ScreenEvaluation The Song Name + Songs Options...

SM-CORE X

- Recommended for 1920x1080 (But support any other resolution).
- These Themes works only in aspect Ratio 16:9
- Made exclusive for SM5 (Beta 1 or higher, not tested on Previews or Alphas versions).

Here, I have added somes little changes, and on the ScreenEvaluation now over the Banner appears the Song Name (including Subtitle and Artist) also the Song Options (as Clap, Rate, etc)...

It feels weird that the players' gameplay area is on the sides instead of more to the center of the screen.

Seconding Wan's opinion. It's actually the key reason that keeps me from using SIMPLY ARROW ^^;;
Apart from that it looks nice though

Hi Th3_Ov3rHell_3XoduZ,

I looked through your SM-Core X theme. It has a fairly large filesize at 46MB. Here are some tips for making that smaller:

1. In your ./Sounds directory you appear to have included the all the vocals from HurtPiggyPig's Simply Love theme, but it doesn't seem that you use these in anywhere in your theme (I think?). If you're not using them, don't include them.

2. In your ./Fonts directory, you've included the Japanese and Korean font png files from SM5's _fallback theme. This is not necessary. In your files:

SM-CORE X/Fonts/_16px fonts.ini
SM-CORE X/Fonts/_20px fonts.ini

there is an import= line. You can add fonts from the _fallback theme to this line like this:


Then you should be able to delete all the Japanese and Korean fonts you copied into your theme, but they will still appear in your theme!

Try doing that in your _16px fonts.ini file, then your _20px fonts.ini file. See which one you works better for SM-Core X.

You'll find that by removing unneeded fonts from your theme, it will load (and reload, when you are developing it) faster too!

LOL, my bad, right, I was experimenting with the voice sound system from SIMPLY LOVE, but I need LUA knowledge and I forget to remove the folder... It was just for testing only, and I have to remove these folders because I don't wanna use it...

Thanks for notice me, and other point is the fonts, The first time when I was creating the theme my idea was make new japanese fonts but I never do that and know I have the same fonts from default theme...

So now I have to remove these things later... Thanks btw... and again Thanks for your continuing help DBK2

Something Quickly... I know that someone of you don't like that My Themes as you see above on the images, the Players Receptors are at sides of the screen instead of more center... I have already tested my Themes and work perfectly with the Receptors more centered... so do this...

Go to someone of my Theme... and open Metrics.ini and then go to ScreenGameplay...

find this part:

You have to change ALL the same values as you see, the VALUE -150 you have to change for your own position the both -150 values, do the same for all the +150 values...
