How can I make 3.9 noteskins compatible with 3.9 AMX?

What is AMX, anyways? But I hear that for one you'd need to add note colors for: 128th,192nd,256th,384th, and 768th

It is an enhanced version of Stepmania 3.9 that features Pump It Up styled freeze arrows, the ability to change game modes within the song list, and has native support for the original BGanimations format.
I was able to get a custom note skin to work by performing a copy over.

if you want to add notes above 64ths, just make redirect files and redirect them to "_blank", only if you are making noteskins up to 64th notes only for AMX.
